Provider Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By submitting a provider application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Process
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- HorseBookings reserves the right to verify all submitted information
- Applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approval is at the sole discretion of HorseBookings
2. Provider Requirements
- Must maintain proper licensing and insurance for equine boarding
- Facilities must meet minimum safety and cleanliness standards
- Must provide 24/7 emergency contact availability
- Regular facility inspections may be conducted
3. Service Standards
- Provide accurate descriptions of facilities and services
- Honor all confirmed reservations
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Report any incidents or issues immediately
4. Financial Terms
- HorseBookings charges a 10% commission on all bookings
- Payments are processed weekly via ACH transfer
- Providers are responsible for collecting security deposits
- Cancellation policies must be clearly stated
5. Platform Usage
- Listings may be modified or removed at any time
- Photos and descriptions must be current and accurate
- Pricing must be competitive and transparent
- Response to booking requests within 24 hours
6. Liability and Insurance
- Providers maintain full liability for horses in their care
- Comprehensive liability insurance is required
- HorseBookings is not liable for any incidents at provider facilities
- Providers must indemnify HorseBookings against claims
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice
- HorseBookings may terminate immediately for policy violations
- Outstanding bookings must be honored after termination
