Provider Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By submitting a provider application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application Process

• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• HorseBookings reserves the right to verify all submitted information
• Applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days
• Approval is at the sole discretion of HorseBookings

2. Provider Requirements

• Facilities must meet minimum safety and cleanliness standards
• Must provide 24/7 emergency contact availability

3. Service Standards

• Provide accurate descriptions of facilities and services
• Honor all confirmed reservations
• Maintain professional communication with customers

4. Financial Terms

• Providers are responsible for collecting security deposits

5. Platform Usage

• Listings may be modified or removed at any time
• Photos and descriptions must be current and accurate
• Response to booking requests within 24 hours

6. Liability and Insurance

• Providers maintain full liability for horses in their care
• HorseBookings is not liable for any incidents at provider facilities

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice
• HorseBookings may terminate immediately for policy violations
